The site and its content have been prepared in accordance with New Zealand law. These term of use and any matters or disputes connected to this website will be governed by New Zealand law and will be dealt with by New Zealand courts.
Returns and exchanges
If a product is faulty, we will replace the item. We just ask that you contact the office within 7 days from date of invoice, advising of any damage or fault. Customer service will advise how to return the items back to us. A replacement will be shipped to you, or if no longer in stock, full reimbursement will be offered.
Should you wish to return an item that is unsuitable, you will be liable to pay for returning freight. Please contact Customer Service within 7 days from date of invoice. A refund, excluding shipping, will be allocated once the item has been received, undamaged and in resalable condition.
Delivery and freight
We keep most items in stock and aim to ship the products ordered within 24 hours of receiving the order. Within New Zealand we usually use Post Haste or New Zealand Post, depending on the items ordered. For orders to Australia, we use New Zealand Post's Track and Trace or Economy Courier.
Any customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
For shipment outside of New Zealand and Australia, please contact our Customer Service.
We aim to keep our prices at a competitive level. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. All prices are GST (Goods and Service Tax) exclusive. New Zealand GST is currently 15%.
We value our website visitors and customers and we are committed to protect your privacy, as per the New Zealand Privacy act 1993. We do not share or disclose any information about our customers or website visitors to any third party. We may from time to time contact you with offers we believe will be relevant to you. You will always have the opportunity to decline such contact, by sending us an email or calling us.
